As specialists in UK technical recruitment, we stick to the markets we know best. But what really makes us different is how we go out of our way to treat clients and candidates alike as individuals, rather than commodities.
We endeavour to meet candidates face to face, so that we understand your needs in detail, what makes you tick and where you want to go with your career.

What you can expect

You may well contact us initially about a specific position. But it's worth remembering that we only advertise a tiny proportion of the technical jobs we're actually recruiting for. Thanks to our extensive network of industry contacts, we may well have other current opportunities of equal if not greater interest to you.

To begin with, we'll spend some time with you - going into your background, experience and achievements, and exploring just what kind of jobs and employers really interest you.

But if your ideal appointment isn't available immediately, we'll arrange for your consultant to market your skills and experience proactively - keeping you posted on all developments, of course. (We never do anything without getting your full agreement first.)

And we'll stay on the case until we've found you the job you want.

When you register with us, you'll also receive a free copy of our job interview guidelines, which will help you to understand what clients will be expecting, how best to prepare, and how we fit into the process. And because we make our money from the fees we charge our clients, you get all these services entirely free. But of course, that's not the main reason for contacting us. First and foremost, we deliver.
