Your own Dedicated Account Manager will ensure that your brief always receives our full attention.

From the moment you give us your brief to the day your chosen candidate starts, your dedicated account manager (one of our experienced consultants) will oversee the entire processes. You will have one point of contact who will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of our recruitment team, and for looking after everything from agreeing initial short lists with you, to following up after the candidate starts. In effect, your account manager is working directly for you, making sure that you receive the best possible service we are able to provide.

We will always agree a Proactive Recruitment Strategy with you.

After discussing your initial brief, your account manager will agree what course of action we are going to take and give you an outline of how we propose to go about filling your vacancy. We will always try to work within your time scale and will explain to you what actions we are going to take, when these tasks will be carried out, and when we expect to achieve successful results.
This doesn’t automatically mean getting involved in a long drawn out process. All our consultants work with a real sense of urgency and understand that very often you want to see results immediately. – if we can provide you with instant results then of course we will, but if we can’t, we’ll tell you and agree what actions need to be taken next.

We will conduct Regular Performance Reviews

Your account manager will conduct regular reviews of our performance to make sure that everything possible is being done to meet your expectations and provide the right solution. As part of this formal process you account manager will feedback information to you, and if necessary discuss any barrier which might be preventing you from filling your vacancy, and agree a strategy for moving forward.

Regardless of whether it takes days or weeks to find you the right person, we will not stop until the job is done, and our commitment to you won’t stop there. You will automatically receive the benefits of our 100% eight week guarantee, which means that if for some reason your chosen candidate doesn’t work out, we will endeavour to find you a suitable replacement free of charge, or if we are unable to do this, refund your fee in full (subject to our standard terms & conditions of business).

We will not give you any last minute surprises, as there are No Hidden Charges

Our fee structure is very straight forward and you will know from the outset what our services are going to cost.
We charge a fee for successful introductions (when a candidate commences employment with you) which are based on a percentage of the candidates commencing remuneration (basic salary) and guaranteed bonuses, commissions or allowances.
We do not include potential OTE’s, bonuses or profits shares etc., nor do we take into account any other taxable benefits (such as company car or private medical insurance etc.) when calculating our fee.
